Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a Special Warranty Deed between Williamson County, as grantor, and the City of Hutto, as grantee, wherein Williamson County will convey the Williamson County Hutto Annex real property, building and parking lot to the City of Hutto; and authorize the County Judge to execute said deed and all documents necessary at the closing of such property.  

In accordance with the Interlocal Agreement between Williamson County, Texas and the City of Hutto, Texas, which set out the terms and conditions for land acquisition options and exchanges for properties owned by both Williamson County and the City of Hutto, the County agreed to convey the current Williamson County Hutto Annex property to the City of Hutto in exchange for two office condominiums and $1,341,037.00 to be paid to the County. The Commissioners Court approved the above mentioned Interlocal Agreement on January 18, 2018 and later extended the closing date for the properties pursuant to an amendment to the Interlocal Agreement, which was approved by the court on May 8, 2018.  These property conveyances are related to the Hutto TIRZ No. 1 and the Interlocal Agreement Between Williamson County, Texas and City of Hutto, Texas Regarding Tax Increment Funding.
