Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a Lease Agreement between Williamson County, as lessee, and the 420 US 79, Ltd., as lessor, wherein Williamson County will lease back the Williamson County Hutto Annex property following the conveyance of such property to the City of Hutto; and authorize the County Judge to execute said lease.
Background
In order to assist in the transition and moving of property, offices and items located at the Williamson County Hutto Annex, Williamson County is being given the option to lease back the Williamson County Hutto Annex, at no cost, and may remain at such location until December 15, 2018.
