Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a Lease Agreement between Williamson County, as lessor, and the City of Hutto, as lessee, wherein Williamson County will lease back Unit 200 of Hutto 321 Office Condominiums to the City of Hutto in order to allow it to store personal property within such area until November 15, 2018; and authorize the County Judge to execute said lease.
Background
In order to assist in Hutto’s transition and moving of property, offices and items located in Unit 200 of Hutto 321 Office Condominiums, Williamson County is being asked to lease back Unit 200 of Hutto 321 Office Condominiums, at no cost, to Hutto following the County’s purchase of such unit. The lease period would be until November 15, 2018.
