Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Memorandum of Understanding Regarding the Abatement of OSSF Nuisance Conditions between the Williamson County Engineer/Road and Bridge Division, acting by and through Williamson County, Texas, and the Williamson County and Cities Health District.
Background
The MOU is for the purpose of outlining the mutual intent and understandings of Williamson County and the Williamson County and Cities Health District with respect to coordination between the Williamson County Engineer/Road and Bridge Division and the Williamson County Health Authority for abatement of public health nuisances associated with onsite sewage facilities.
