Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 2 to the Environmental Services On-Call contract between Williamson County and SWCA Environmental Consultants relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program. Projects: As Needed Funding Source: Road Bonds.
Background
Compensation cap is increased from $500,000.00 to $750,000.00, an increase of $250,000.00. The contract is on-call therefore work is designated for each project through individual Work Authorizations. Current and upcoming projects requiring ENV services include: CR 176 at RM 2243, Hairy Man Road, Forest North Phase 3, CR 366, Great Oaks Bridge at Brushy Creek, RM 2243, CR 200, and Ronald Reagan Ext.
