Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Tax Assessor/Collector.
Background
Funding is needed to replace the drive-thru audio equipment in the Round Rock tax office. The current microphone and headset are working sporadically at lane one and not at all at lane two. We have tried various options to remedy the situation, however, with the system over ten years, replacement of the entire audio portion for the drive-thru has been recommended.
