Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Change Order No 1 to the agreement with Chasco Constructors, LTD, LLP approved on June 12, 2018, for an increase of $85,408.00 for karst drilling, additional concrete fill and construction equipment rentals.

Background

An emergency exemption for Civil Karst Mitigation Services relating to the Cave at Cambria Drive, Round Rock was approved earlier this year. This change order is for the increase in the volume of concrete fill underneath Cambria Drive based on an additional karst (fifth chamber) within the Right-of-Way.
