Background
Purchasing solicited sealed bids for milling and overlay services for the 3rd phase of Ronald Reagan Blvd from SH 195 to IH 35. After a thorough review of the bids received by Road & Bridge it was determined that Austin Materials was the lowest responsive bidder and they are being recommended for award. This contract will be for $2,187,823.16 with a completion time of 60 days. Funding source 01.0200.0210.003599.
