Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Professional Services Agreement between KGA Architecture and Williamson County, for the construction and renovation of County Facilities and authorizing execution of the Professional Services Agreement and related Work Authorizations.
Background
This contract is for additional services outside of the scope of the KGA contract awarded on 8/21/2018 under agenda item 47, and further defines additional small projects including the construction and renovation of County facilities. Funding will be provided by multiple funding sources defined with each work authorization.
