Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Williamson County North Campus Project; Change Order # 64 from Vaughn Construction in the amount of $2,220,000.00 to approve funding for the construction of Building A, the Facilities Warehouse and Building J, the Sign Shop Remodel, from within the existing GMP contract and other funding sources.
Background
This change order is to approve the use of funds that are already inside of the GMP contract to fund the construction of Buildings A and J. The additional sources of funding necessary for this change order would come from the Fleet Fund fund balance and soft cost from within the project budget.
