Background
Purchasing solicited sealed bids for the Hutto Landfill Farm Lease 135 Acre Tract. Invitations were sent to 1,150 potential bidders and was viewed by 15 potential bidders; 2 bids were received. After evaluation of the bids received, it was determined that Jerry Roznovak and Nadine Johnson returned the overall best bid in the amount of $8,775.00 per year or $65.00 per acre.
