Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on amending the current agreement between Pictometry International Group and Williamson County that gives ownership of the ortho aerial images, at no additional cost, which allows for non-licensed distribution to outside agencies, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

The proposed amendment will allow the county to share the ortho deliverables with engineering companies and the public. Currently we must facilitate a license agreement between engineering companies and Pictometry to share the ortho images in projects/exhibits including Road Bond.  Adding the amendment to our current contract will eliminate the need for future license agreements between Pictometry and our vendors saving the County time and effort.
George Strebel is the Point of Contact, the cost of the entire project as indicated in the inital agreement is $24,658. This amendment will not increase the cost of this project. The funding source and which fiscal year/budget this was approved for: Proj. 366P; Award 366A; Task 3.1
