Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on extending Custodial Services Agreement, Renewal 2, with McLemore Building Maintenance, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract, with the exception of department approved pricing changes for identified contracted items, per the attached pricing documentation, inclusion of Security Addendum, and Specification and Scope of Service, for the term of October 1, 2018 - September 30, 2019.
Background
This is the second extension for this contract with McLemore Building Maintenance. The Facilities department requested renewal of this agreement and provided a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) showing that the vendor met all County requirements on the contract. This was approved on the FY19 budget under Janitorial Services, funding source line item 100-0509-4962, with overall budget of $1,400,000 in this line.
