Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #1807-248 Inmate Telephone System for the Williamson County Jail to the highest scoring proposer Correct Solutions Group, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Purchasing solicited sealed proposals for the inmate telephone system in the County Jail.  3,717 vendors were notified of the solicitation, 62 vendors viewed the solicitation and 6 vendors responded.  After a detailed review of all the responses by the evaluation committee, it was determined that Correct Solutions Group would provide the best value based on their response.  During the evaluation it was found that most vendors were responsive to our request, one did not provide enough information for the committee to provide them with a score on all criteria.  This is reflected on the score sheet by one vendor given a zero on one criteria. Under this contract the commission fee is 93% of the total gross call revenue and 100% of the revenue created by the utilization of the inmate voicemail exchange system.  Implementation for this project is 60 days which will meet our December 12th deadline.
