Discuss, consider and take appropriate action regarding a Resolution approving the Illinois Finance Authority Revneue Bonds (The Memory Care Foundation), Series 2018 for the benefit of The Memory Care Foundation in compliance with Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code (Note: The bonds are not a liability of Williamson County).
Background
The bonds will be issued for The Memory Care Foundation of which a portion is for the purpose of financing and/or reimbursing the costs of the acquisition, construction, equipping and improvement of the assisted living and related facilities, including land at 3600 Williams Dr., Georgetown, Tx. Documentation is attached showing that they have met the requirement of a public hearing following reasonable public notice. The bonds are not a liability of the County.
