Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 3 to the CR 200 contract between Williamson County and O'Brien Engineering Services, LLC relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program. Project: P285. Funding Source: Road Bonds.
Background
Through Contract Amendment No. 3 the compensation cap is increased from $1,650,000.00 to $1,800,000.00 (reflecting an increase of $150,000.00). These additional funds are to cover scope of services related to the CR 200 (CMTA Railroad to CR 201) project including developing drainage improvements related to the City of Liberty Hill City Park; additional surveying, ROW exhibits, and environmental services related to 16 additional parcels and 1 additional easement; and construction phase services.
