Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving an agreement between Tyler Technologies and Williamson County to support the operations of the Justice of the Peace 3, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement is for an enhancement to the Odyssey platform for the Justice of the Peace 3. This enhancement will allow for more detailed reporting at the request of, McCreary, Veselka, Bragg & Allen, P.C. (MVBA), the collections agency JP3 uses. MVBA has reviewed the quote/agreement and will reimburse Williamson County for the total cost of the enhancement in the amount of $4,140.00. The funding source for the initial purchase before reimbursement will be 01.0100.503.04100.
