Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to include approving the Indigent Care Affiliation Agreement with St. David's Healthcare Partnership, individually and serving as agent for its hospitals, St. David's North Austin Medical Center, St. David's South Austin Medical Center, and St. David's Medical Center.
Background
These affiliation agreements are necessary in the event that the County would want to send Intergovernmental Transfer for any of St. David's other facilities. Currently we have affiliation agreements for St. David's Round and St. David's Georgetown. These affiliaiton agreements are in association with Uncompensated Care.
