Background
The supplemental agreement is necessary to reimburse PEC an additional $122,678.89 for actual costs incurred during the relocation of the electric facilities on CR 258. The actual cost of the relocations is increased by $122,678.89 to a new total cost of $449,281.30, with 97.30% being reimbursed by the County for a total reimbursement amount of $437,150.70.
