Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Jail.
Background
A budget request was duplicated in the cell phone stipend line as well as the county issued cell phone line for the Chief and one Commander. The Budget Office did not recommend the cell phone stipend dollars assuming they were moving to a county issued cell phone like the others. The Chief and his Commander have opted for a stipend in lieu of a county issued cell phone and have been receiving the stipend since taking office. This transfer will put the dollars into the appropriate line item to do so.
