Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Material Correction Instrument - Waterline Easement between Williamson County, Texas, as Grantor, and Lone Star Regional Water Authority, as Grantee, relating to a strip of land near the intersection of State Highway 29 East and State Highway 95, which consists of 0.141 of an acre of land, situated in the Absalom Jett Survey, Abstract No. 343, being situated in the County of Williamson, State of Texas.

This Material Correction Instrument - Waterline Easement is necessary in order to replace an original Waterline Easement that was approved by the Commissioners Court at its August 29, 2017 Regular Session and later recorded in the Official Records of Williamson County, Texas.  The wrong version of the Waterline Easement signed and recorded and the Material Correction Instrument - Waterline Easement will replace it once it is recorded.
