Discuss, consdier, and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge the additional expenditures for the County Jail.
Background
This is the remaining items/equipment that need to be replaced due to the damage at the Jail. These items could not be ordered and received by Sept 30th thus we waited to replace them until New Fiscal Year. The Insurance proceeds were depostied last year thus this budget amendment is coming from cash ending.
