Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the service agreement between Klepzig Excavation and Williamson County for grease trap repair services in the not-to-exceed amount of $6,400.00, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

During the emergency full replacement of Jail Grease Trap 1, it was discovered that Grease Trap 2 had some small leaks that needed to be addressed. As these small leaks did not constitute an emergency, three (3) quotes were obtained for these repairs to be done separately. The proposed work will not only address the leak corrections needed, but will also provide an overall cleaning on Grease Trap 2. This will provide the Jail with the two properly functioning grease traps as originally designed. The department point of contact is Tom Stanfield. This expenditure will be charged to P411 Jail Renovations which was approved as a capital request for FY2019.
