Background
This is to authorize the issuance of debt to reimburse the developer for expenses related to Staked Plains and Lakeline Blvd improrvements within the Northwoods Road District. Garry Kimble of Specialized Public Finance will be available at the meeting to answer questions. Attached is a copy of the Resolution. The draft Preliminary Official Statement and the Bond Proforma.
