Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a FY2016 Annual Action Plan substantial amendment by authorizing a change to the original scope relating to the City of Taylor Robinson Park Community Center Project.
Background
Original Scope of Project: Renovations to a 2040 square foot building originally constructed in 1940 to include improvements to the two bathrooms and entrance ramp to meet ADA standards, enlarging the kitchen, replacement of the electrical system, foundation leveled, windows replaced, improvements to the outside walls and roof repair.
Proposed Scope of Project: Demolition of the original community center. Construction of a new 2250 square foot community center at or near the same location.
