Background
Juvenile Services is requesting a line item transfer from BLI 3900 (Membership Dues) to BLI 4500 (Maintenance Services). Funds transferred will be used to renew the department's maintenance/licensing fees with TimeKeeping Systems for the Guard 1 Plus system. This program is used to complete and record rooms checks for all youth in the facility.
