Williamson County is required by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to obtain coverage under the TPDES General Permit No. TXR150000 before commencing site disturbing activities on any project that disturbs over 5 acres. Once final stabilization has occurred, Williamson County is required to submit a Notice of Termination to TCEQ for the project. The construction activities on CR 110 South have been completed and the roadway is open to the public.
