Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Striping services contract 1711-203, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract, for the term of December 19, 2018 - December 18, 2019, with the primary vendor, DIJ Construction.
Background
This is the first renewal option for this contract. The Road and Bridge Department submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) showing the vendor met all County requirements on this contract and requests to renew for the first renewal period. The funding source for this contract is under Striping 200.210.003542. The secondary vendor, TRP Construction, chose not to renew their contract for another term.
