Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Vending Services contract 1709-189 for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the term of December 5, 2018 - December 4, 2019 with Mcliff Coffee & Vending.

Background

There is no FY19 budget description or line item number as this contract is no cost to the county. The county receives money from this contract. Vendor sends 15% of sales commission checks and reports to the Wilco Auditor’s Office on a monthly basis.  Per the Auditor, funds are deposited into source code: County Judge 01-.0490.000.370500 employee fund as miscellaneous revenue. There are twelve (12) snack machines and thirteen (13) beverage machines placed in 11 locations throughout the County. Point of contact for this agreement is Christi Stromberg, Facilities.
