Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for merit - Justice of the Peace, Precinct 4. 

Each year when budget is loaded, we must manually back out merit from each salary line (object code 001100 or 001101) and put it into the appropriate merit line (object code 001130).  Once merit is given on a position, it must be manually moved from 001130 back to 001100 or 001101 salary line for payroll purposes.  During a reconciliation of Manager's Portal we discovered the merit amount being moved back to salaries was input to 001101 instead of 001100.  This transfer will place the monies into the correct general ledger account.
