Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Williamson County Georgetown Annex Project, P325, Change Order # 21 from Chasco Constructors in the amount of ($100,00.00) to approve accepting a credit from the Construction Managers Contingency balance. This change order is being funded by the Construction Managers Contingency and is being credited to P325 funding.

Background

Change order for accepting a credit from the reduction of the Construction Managers Contingency for funds that are being released due to the project nearing completion and the lack of necessity to retain the funds in this contract.
