Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 5 to the SH 29 at D.B. Wood Road Improvements contract between Williamson County and Unintech Consulting Engineers, Inc. relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program. Project: P237. Funding Source: Road Bonds.
Background
Contract amendment increases the contract compensation cap from $1,460,000.00 to $1,650,000.00 an increase of $190,000.00 for roadway design revisions due to the adjacent development improvements and ROW negotiations.
