Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding termination of the Access Agreement between the WIlliamson County Sheriff's Office and Hit + Run Creative, Inc.
Background
The Williamson County Sheriff's Office seeks to terminate the Hit + Run Creative, Inc. access agreement previously signed by Williamson County and the Williamson County Sheriff on 06/27/2017 and 07/05/2017 respectively. The agreement provides for termination without cause by either party upon ten (10) days written notice to the other party. Included is a proposed termination notice letter to be signed and delivered to the other party by the County Attorney's Office.
