Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving an agreement between Williamson County and Tyler Technologies, Inc. for Data Conversion Services for Justice of the Peace Precinct #4 in the amount of $456,251.00, exempting this purchase/agreement from competitive bidding requirements as per Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemption 262.024(a)(7)(A), and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
