Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Release of Lien relating to a Note and Deed of Trust executed by Felipe Hernandez-Ramirez and Bianca Hernandez securing the payment of one certain note payable to Williamson County, Texas relating to Lot 2, Block B, Dalrymples Addition to the City of Georgetown, Williamson County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 20, Page 619, Deed Records of Williamson County, Texas.

Background

On September 24, 2013, Community Development Block Grant funds were provided to fund the purchase of the real property desribed in this item.  A note and lien on the real porperty were created, with Williamson County, Texas being the payee and holder thererof.  Habitat for Humanity, thereafter, provided funding to construct a residence on the real property.  Habitat for Humanity continues to have a lien securing the repayment of the home mortage.  The residents of the home were requirted to live in the home for five years and, upon satisfying such condition, Williamson County's note and lien would be released.  Five years have now expired and the Release of Lien is now being submitted to the Williamson County Commissioners Court for approval.
