Background
This is the fifth revision to this preliminary plat. It was last approved on July 18, 2017. This revision reconfigures the roadway and lot layout along Sonterra Boulevard, Daphne Lane, Cressler Lane and Turquoise Way. There are net decreases of 7 single family lots, 2 open space/detention lots and 492 feet of new public roads compared to the previously approved preliminary plat.
