Discuss, consider and take appropriate action approving a revised Official Bond of newly sworn Williamson County Commissioner Precinct No. 4, Russ Boles; and replace the prior Official Bond approved for Commissioner Russ Boles under Item #4 of the January 1, 2019 session of the Williamson County Commissioners Court with Commissioner Russ Boles’ revised Official Bond.
Background
The required bond conditions for a county commissioner and the oath for a county commissioner were not included in Commissioner Russ Boles’ original bond. This action is proposed in order to replace the original bond that was approved by the Williamson County Commissioners Court on January 1, 2019 with a revised bond that contains the required bond conditions and oath for a county commissioner.
