Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the On-Site Sewage Facilities Department.
Background
The quote for software maintenance for the Permitting Software is slightly higher than budgeted. This is the share of the permitting software that will be billed to the Health District. So we are amending for additional revenue along with the additional expenditure.
