Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Siena subdivision - Precinct 4.
Background
The preliminary plats for Siena were last approved by the City of Round Rock on October 25, 2006, March 8, 2012 and September 5, 2012. Since the last approvals, the HB 1445 Interlocal Agreement between the City of Round Rock and Williamson County was amended on June 13, 2013, granting Williamson County exclusive jurisdiction of development review in Siena. With this revision, Siena Phases 1 and 2 are now combined into one preliminary plan. Phases and block numbers are revised to account for the combining of the two preliminary plans. Sections 3, 4, 17 and 18 are re-configured to allow for a drainage channel to pass through these sections. Sections 8, 13, 14, 31 through 34 have been revised to consist of just 3 sections 8, 14 and 31. Sections 11 and 10 were combined into just Section 11. This revision has a net increase of 120 single family lots.

2018-04-26 – discussion with CofRR regarding future arterial (CR 112 extension)
2018-06-04 – 1st submittal of revised preliminary plat since last reviewed 07/14/2016
2018-07-25 – 1st comments issued on alignment of future arterial
2018-08-10 – continued discussion with CofRR regarding future arterial (CR 112 extension)
2018-08-20 – meeting with CofRR regarding future arterial (CR 112 extension), CoRR in negotiations with developer of the “Caffey Tract” including revised alignment of the future arterial
2018-09-24 – 2nd submittal of revised preliminary plan addressing future arterial
2018-12-10 – 3rd submittal of revised preliminary plat removing future arterial
2019 -01-25 – Communicate with Sienna Developer that we are processing the preliminary plat without the donated arterial ROW, and “thank you for your willingness and support of transportation".
2019-01-31 – Placed on 2019-02-05 Commissioners Court Agenda for consideration and if appropriate, action
