Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Rancho Sienna Section 13A & 13B subdivision - Precinct 3.

Background

This is the next section of the Rancho Sienna development.  This phase consists of 103 single family lots, 6 open space lots, 1 open space/drainage lot and 3,743 feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction are not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $93,359.50 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
 
Timeline
2018-06-01 – 1st submittal of final plat
2018-08-31 – 1st review with comments
2018-11-28 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2019-01-10 – 2nd review complete, comments clear other than completing construction or bonding
2019-01-25 – 3rd submittal of final plat with all signatures
2019-01-30 – performance bond in the amount of $93,359.50 received for the remaining asphalt paving
2019-01-31 – final plat placed on 2019-02-05 Court agenda
