Background
This Change Order is a balancing Change Order. All work has been completed and punch list items appropriately resolved. Original contract amount was $91,620.00. With the addition of this change order, of $10,110.00, final contract amount will be $101,730.00. The positive change order is the result of the extension of the concrete box culverts due to an unforeseen site condition.
