Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the establishment of a Capital Improvement Plan Process/Committee.

As growth in Williamson County continues, it is important to enhance and formalize processes accordingly.  The attached file documents much of the capital improvement process as executed in the past and shapes the process for the future.  To finalize the process, we are asking the court to approve a committee to review requests (this is similar to how the process is carried out in other counties), conduct walk throughs and make project recommendations to the court annually.
