Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to authorize County Judge to sign standard form subrecipient agreements and all related documents pertaining to previously approved Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plans (note: fully signed copies of all agreements to be received and recorded into the minutes at a later date under a separate agenda item).
Background
Approval would authorize the County Judge to sign subrecipient agreements and all related documents that are related to previously approved CDBG Annual Action Plans and the projects outlined in those plans. Any substantial amendments to Action Plans would require approval from the Commissioners Court.
