Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Commissioner, Precinct #3.
Background
Because the opening of the new building was delayed, the Commissioner of Precinct #3 had to pay rent for additional months previously unanticipated. In order to cover the deficit, a line item transfer was done out of their furniture line. Now that they are in the building, they have additional furniture purchases/payments that need to be made and are short funding.
