Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 1 to the Corridor H (Sam Bass Road) contract between Williamson County and K Friese & Associates, Inc. relating to the LTP Corridor Program. Project: P462. Funding Source: LTP Corridor.
Background
Compensation Cap is increased from $1,500,000.00 to $1,800,000.00, an increase of $300,000.00. This will allow for the execution of a Work Authorization for PS&E. Sub-Consultant Geotechnical Rate Categories (Raba-Kistner) & a Senior Drainage Engineer Rate Category (Danielle Skidmore Consulting, LLC) are proposed to be added.
