Background
PEC has existing facilities in conflict with the Hairy Man at Brushy Creek project. The Utility Agreement for the relocations is for a total amount of $102,142.25. PEC is 100% eligible for reimbursement. The total anticipated reimbursement to PEC by the County is $102,142.25 (100% of $102,142.25).
