Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office Training Center Project, P323, GMP Change Order #46 from American Constructors in the amount of ($509,499.00) to approve receiving a credit for funds remaining in the original GMP contract budget. This change order is being funded by the Construction Managers and Owners Contingencies, Allowance Adjustments and Buyout Cost Savings.
Background
Change order to receive final credits after all budget line item adjustments were made for the GMP contract.
