Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving renewal of subscription agreement between DNN Corporation and Williamson County for Evoq OnPrem Production Licenses and Support in the amount of $11,264.40 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This is for our annual website maintenance and support. DNN Support Packages are available for both DNN Platform and Evoq customers to help keep the site running smoothly. If something goes wrong, DNN qualified experts will solve it and make sure the website continues to work. This also includes updates to the site and a direct support line. Department Contact: Richard Semple. Funding Source: 01.0100.0503.004500. Approved in the FY2019 budget.
