Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement between Stanley Convergent Security and Williamson County in the not-to-exceed amount of $150,000.00, pursuant to Buyboard contract # 574-18 and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This is to consolidate numerous small service agreements countywide which will allow for simpler and faster processing of each transaction necessary. The term of this agreement is for 12-months. Department Contact: Christi Stromberg. This expenditure may be charged to various funds/ line items such as but not limited to: 100-0509-4509,4510,5300 and other department specific line items and projects if necessary. Funding was approved in the FY2019 budget
