Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding termination notice of contract (dishwashing machine) with Auto-Chlor System LLC upon recommendation of the Williamson County Sheriff's Office, and authorize County judge to sign notice of termination letter.
Background
Corrections Command Staff has met with Auto-Chlor's representative numerous times however they have failed to remedy the cleaning deficiencies with this particular unit. Command Staff has reiterated to the company that this unit is unacceptable and has given them the opportunity to replace the unit with a properly designed one that will accommodate the food trays that the jail uses unfortunately this has not occurred. We respectfully ask the Commissioners Court to terminate this contract with Auto-Chlor System LLC.
